Gareth Briden maintains a corporate/commercial practice with a focus on M&A transactions, tax reorganizations, commercial real estate transactions, and franchise law.  Mr. Briden began his career practicing corporate law with a regional firm in Fredericton.  After practicing with that corporate firm for a number of years, he transitioned to an in-house role with an international New Brunswick-based company.  Currently, Mr. Briden splits his time between fulfilling his in-house role and practicing privately with Langdon Law. 

Mr. Briden is solution oriented and driven when it comes to closing a deal.  He believes that the key to success when approaching his clients’ files is a practical and constructive approach.  This mindset has served his clients well over his career.  

Prior to attending UNB Law, Mr. Briden obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of New Brunswick in 2016.  He was awarded the prestigious Sir Howard Douglas Gold Medal at Encaenia.

In his spare time, Mr. Briden enjoys a variety of outdoor activities and travelling.  He lives in Fredericton with his family.
